At Cedar Canyon Textiles, we respect the privacy of our customers. It is our goal to provide you with an enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience.

The customer information that Cedar Canyon Textiles collects through its web site is used to process orders and to improve your shopping experience. Our strict corporate policy insures that we will not sell, distribute, or otherwise publish your membership information to any third party.

We use the information you share with us in the following ways:

• Member Profile: The information you supply during the member login is added to our customer database and stored internally. After entering and saving your profile information, your shipping details are used on subsequent orders to speed the checkout process.
• Mailing List / Newsletter: We will not send you e-mail messages or catalogs without your prior approval. If you wish to receive communication from Cedar Canyon Textiles (beyond the status of your order), check the "Newsletter" box when you create your member account. You always have the option to update your profile and opt-out of any further communications.
• Return e-mail communication: We use return e-mail addresses to answer any e-mail we receive from our customers. We use e-mail addresses within your member profile to send order confirmation and shipment tracking information.

We do NOT share customer membership information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We do not sell, rent or share customer information for any reason. We do not send out junk e-mail to our customers.

Cookies:

A cookie is a small piece of information that web sites use to remember information about users. Our web site uses two types of cookies to recognize our members and remember wish lists and shopping basket items.
